Mahopeksha– The great forgiveness was practiced in India ages ago. Overtime, with the Invasions of the Mughals and the British, this practice was lost in time. It is both important and necessary to forgive your past so that you can renew and refresh the mind and heal your body.
What is Mahopeksha?
Mahopeksha – The Great Forgiveness is a practice that helps cleanse and refresh the mind and heal your body by way releasing the emotions and experiences that you have stored in your memory.
What triggers our emotions?
Our emotions are triggered by enemies we have nurtured and stored in our memories. Let us say you are in the traffic. You reach a junction. You need to turn right. A person on your left who is coming towards you wants to turn right too. Now, you see an opportunity and press the accelerator. The other person sees an opportunity too. He believes his two wheeler can whizz past before you take a turn and he comes in front of you, slowing you down.
Mahopeksha – The Great Forgiveness is a practice that helps cleanse and refresh the mind and heal your body by way of releasing these enemies we carry within us. You must forgive all of your reflection, reaction and resound so that your life will once again be beautiful.
The practice of forgiveness has not been passed on from one generation to another. Our past has become a host in us and controls our lives. We argue and fight everyday in our homes and in our society.
India is the land of love, of brotherhood and has set an example of the great forgiveness and restraint. We must not lose this tradition. If India loses this tradition, then the world will be in chaos. You can download the Forgiveness Audio Guide.
