I was aware that I had built up emotions negatively. I had to some how flush my subconscious of all that was built up. I did not know how. After learning the practices to flush out subconscious, I’m practicing it regularly. I am healing emotions. My focus has improved and my subconscious is able to evade unpleasant thoughts. The best aspect about Mahesh Krishnamurthy’s methods is that any of my personal background / problems were not at all discussed.
