Rama concurred with my diagnosis and told me that she had indeed experiences that led to her feel angry and agitated.
Treating cervical spondylosis
When we work with the mind, healing is much faster. So, I suggested Rama that she practice Nirmukt Chikitsa so that the effect of her anger and agitation on the body can reduce.
Ayurvedic medicines are very effective in treating cervical spondylosis. The best part about Ayurveda is that you do not need to take these medicines for long. What stays for a longer time are your dietary restrictions. I also suggested just one Ayurvedic medicine to drink along with an Ayurvedic tablet and a medicine to apply. Before I left from her place, I gave Marma chikitsa therapy which relieved her symptoms of cervical spondylosis and vertigo immediately.
Rama took her medication and also applied medicines at the nape of her neck for 3 days and she felt much better. On the 7th day of treatment, she called and said that she was completely healed.
Sometimes cervical spondylosis does not reveal its symptoms at the neck. Symptoms such as acute ear ache, jaw pain and also pain in the eyes and temples can occur instead and aggravate with exposure to heat, strong fragrances, sharp sounds as well as harsh lights.
I am also reminded of another instance of a client named Ramesh. He was a lecturer in an Engineering College in Mysore. Ramesh came to see me many years ago with complaints of acute ear pain. He did not have any symptoms of cervical spondylosis. I did his Nadi Pariksha and concluded that his pain occurred due to suppressed anger.
Ramesh was a science student and very logical in mind. When I explained to him my conclusion of the diagnosis, he smiled in disbelief. I was adamant to let him know that my diagnosis was correct. To my advantage, Ramesh was experiencing pain in his ear at that time. So, I asked him whether I could give him Marma chikitsa Therapy. When I had finished Marma therapy, Ramesh had a different smile on his face. He said his ear pain simply vanished.
Ramesh proceeded with learning what he had to do to release his emotions and how to manage his emotions so that his pain wouldn’t recur. What began as a demonstration from me to Ramesh was the cure. He did not require further sessions.

When people come to me asking to cure their Cervical spondylosis, they actually do not know what has caused their symptom. I believe that the doctors have either not told them the reason or cause of the symptom, or may be they did not listen with keenness to know. All they want to hear is whether Cervical Spondylosis is treatable or not.
The lack of knowledge is a huge rock that stands between the patient and his cure. Most patients want to be cured without actually cooperating in the process! It is a must for patients to know the cause in the first place and how the symptom came about! That’s when they take ownership of their actions and begin to invest in the healing process.
Cervical Spondylosis is a degenerative condition of the cervical (neck) spine that is the result of by stress in the intervertebral disc and vertebrae of the neck. The person experiences tingling sensations, weakness in arms and a persistent stiffness and nagging pain in the neck and vertigo. Inflammation in cervical discs can result in conditions such as tingling and numbness in palm and fingers. When cervical spondylosis worsens, it can also affect your walking and your bladder and bowel evacuation. Though Cervical spondylitis is known to worsen with age, there are people who have also healed from this painful condition. Certain uncommon symptoms such as acute ear pain and jaw pain may also show up. Ayurvedic medicines and physical therapies such as Marma therapy are healing.
What causes Cervical Spondylosis?
Modern medical professionals attribute the cause of cervical spondylosis to age and posture. Degeneration is the primary cause. However, my experience of diagnosing this condition has indicated emotions of anger, frustration, resentment, hatred, jealousy and disgust as the primary causes of this condition.
Is our personality to blame?
Our personality forms from the thoughts, feelings, emotions, beliefs, behaviour, actions and memories of experiences which exist in our subconscious inventory. Once our subconscious inventory is formed, thereon, all of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, behaviour and actions are influenced by it. This reinforces our beliefs and thereby everything else also is repetitively reinforcing our subconscious inventory. So, if its anger, hatred and resentment, that’s what will get reinforced. Any emotion for that matter will get reinforced without conditions.
Diagnosing root cause of cervical spondylosis
I visit people who are in a condition that they are unable to travel. In one such instance I visited Rama. Rama (name changed), an officer in the Government, whom I’ve known for many years phoned me and explained about her acute cervical pains associated with vertigo. Rama was also feeling unsteady while standing and walking. She mentioned that with travel her condition worsened. She wanted to know if I could visit her once. Once in her place, I examined her physical, emotional and psychological health through Nadi Pariksha. From my investigation, diagnosis and evaluation of her condition, I came to the conclusion that she had had certain experiences that resulted in her getting angry and agitated which she wasn’t able to express and that, apparently was the cause of her cervical spondylosis and vertigo.
Anyone else would have brushed my explanation aside but, Rama, has experiences with my treatment before and so she believes what I say.
Rama concurred with my diagnosis and told me that she had indeed experiences that led to her feel angry and agitated.
